How do I reset my account password?

We have a new up-to-date method to sign in to your account using a link.

Here is how it works: Customers click the "Sign in" link, enter their email address and receive the link from their email inbox. When you click the link, they are taken back to the store and they are logged in. You don’t need to remember passwords to access your account. This is a more secure way of login in than using a login/password. Since the login link is sent to the email address, only the owner of the email address is able to log into the account.

Can I request a faster shipping method?

Yes, retail orders may be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS; or by other means as necessary outside the continental United States.

The standard order delivery time is 3 - 5 business days. If you need a product sooner then enter shipping details at checkout and we are happy to assist. We offer UPS Overnight, UPS 2-Day, UPS Saturday, UPS 3-Day, and Federal Express services upon request for an additional charge.

How do I return an item?

Do not return any merchandise without emailing and receiving a return authorization number (RA#).

This number must be used for all returns and must appear prominently on the outside of the box. No returns are allowed on electrical parts, tools, or special order items. Items returned must include all original packaging and labels in good condition. (Free of dents, tears, markings, writing of any kind, greasy fingerprints, etc.)

Please note the original packaging is not intended for shipping purposes. The original packaging must be packed inside of a shipping box. Returns using the original packaging box as a shipping box will be rejected. All sales are final after 20 working days from the invoice date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items returned with damaged or missing original packaging will be rejected and the return will not be processed.

What happens when an item is on backorder?

Backorders are shipped automatically if less than 30-days from the original order date. We will verify, by telephone or email any back orders held over 30-days before shipping.

If due to product (Un)availability and upon customer consent, an order is requested to have split-shipping, a free shipping offer may only apply to one (1) shipment made on order.

The customer will be contacted by a sales representative with a shipping quote on any remaining order. We will not process your secondary/additional shipment order until we have approval on the shipping quote.
