All prices are F.O.B., and are subject to change without notice. Please verify current pricing when placing your order.

Inventory

PWC Fanatics stocks inventory from variety of brand manufacturers, to include RIVA Racing, FIZZLE Factory, Aqua Sport Performance and others, at a limited capacity. Products and apparel may appear on PWC Fanatics website as “In stock” or "Available" for purchase. Availability for products and apparel is subject to inventory of stocked goods for sale, returned goods for resale, goods in transit by vendors/manufacturers, and/or goods available by vendors and manufacturers to be shipped.

PWC Fanatics stock inventory may, though not entirely, consist of products and apparel that require special order from vendors and manufacturers due to non-standard size, weight, color, etc. and may require additional days beyond the standard shipping timeframe for orders to be fulfilled.

Disclaimer or Warranties

Any warranties on the products sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer, if any. The seller hereby disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and PWC Fanatics LLC neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products.

Coupon Codes / Promotional Offers

Coupon codes are limited to one per customer per purchase. The coupon codes has no cash value and if a return is made, customer will be credited only the amount that was paid. PWC Fanatics LLC may run promotions designed to increase sales and attract new customers. Any person that receives credits, coupons, or other benefits from PWC Fanatics LLC by using multiple user accounts or email addresses, using false names, impersonating others, or through the use of any other fraudulent or misleading conduct, shall forfeit any credits, coupons, or benefits obtained through such means, and may be liable for civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law.

PWC Fanatics LLC may modify, discontinue or revoked any coupon code or promotional offer at its discretion.

Military Discount

PWC Fanatics offers a Military Discount to show support and gratitude to Veterans who have served Honorably and those actively serving in the United States Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard, or National Guard. 

To enrolled in PWC Fanatics Military Discount offering, a customer will need to create an account and then submit the required proof-of-service (DD214, Front & Back of Military ID, etc.) documents by going to our Military Discount page.  Upon review of proof-of-service document(s), submitter will be notified if approved or declined via email. If you are approved your military discount will automatically apply to all future purchases. Additional information may be requested by PWC Fanatics if any questions/concerns arise after review of military identification documents.

PWC Fanatics reserves the right to decline, revoke, or suspend a customer’s Military Discount ability at any time. Military Discounts may not apply to all products or special purchases and are subject to change at any time.  PWC Fanatics respects the rights and privacy of all our customers, and will assert that PWC Fanatics will never share any military/personal information that’s provided to third-parties. 

Payment

Payment through PayPal can be made with a Credit/Debit card on by customer's PayPal account. Credit Card orders must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card being used. PWC Fanatics LLC offers no credit terms.

Appropriate sales tax will be charged. All orders are subject to pricing charges per box shipped. These charges are included in addition to the normal shipping charges.

Returns

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day your invoice is printed. After 20 business days from the invoice date a sale is considered final. After this 20 day period all orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Do not return any merchandise without emailing and receiving a return authorization number (RA#). This number must be used for all returns and must appear prominently on the outside of the box. No returns are allowed on electrical parts, tools or special order items. Items returned must include all original packaging, labels in good condition, and free of dents, tears, markings, writing of any kind, greasy fingerprints, etc. Requests for return/refund must be made within three (3) business days from receiving product(s) via email to ContactUs@PWCfanatics.com. PWC Fanatics will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to be written on the package.  The customer must then deliver the package within five (5) business days to the shipper (USP, FedEx, USPS, etc.).

Please note the original packaging is not intended for shipping purposes. The original packaging must be packed inside of a shipping box. Returns using the original packaging box as a shipment box will be rejected. Items returned with damage or missing the original packaging will be rejected and the return will not be processed.

In the event an ordered product(s) is said to have been delivered damaged, PWC Fanatics reserves the right to investigate suspicions of fraudulent returns by requesting any and all information needed to dispel suspicions of a fraudulent returns.  Requests may include pictures, video and/or other articles needed to review any possible fraudulent efforts.  Failure to comply with specific requests to provide any/all information made by PWC Fanatics LLC, will result in a final sale without a refund.

Refunds

PWC Fanatics LLC reserves the right to cancel and refund any order.  In addition, orders received by customers who seek to return products due to wrong size/fitment will be allowed to exchange product for correct item.  Requests for return/refund must be made within three (3) business days from receiving product(s) via email to ContactUs@PWCfanatics.com. Customers seeking to return an item due to any other reason will not receive a refund but will be compensated with PWC Fanatics 'store credit' in the amount of the original purchase price, less 20% for re-stocking/return-shipping fees.  The store credit will only be issued upon receiving the returned item in new condition.  The package must have the previously provided RA# on the package (See Returns section).

Suspicions of Fraud

In the event that fraud or suspicions of fraud are evident in orders and/or have occurred, PWC Fanatics LLC will securely hold all monies associated with the order(s) in question until identity verification can be established. If, during an attempt to verify, a dispute on a charge has incurred where a chargeback (refund) from the utilized payment method for the order is made by order of the financial institution associated with the transaction, PWC Fanatics LLC will no longer be obligated to repay monies in the form of a refund initiated by PWC Fanatics.

International Orders

International orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars. When placing an order by mail or FAX, please include your exact shipping address and email address. This is very important. We will email a quote and a request for payment with instructions.
